Hello,
It’s been a while.
If you hadn’t heard, we have left Idaho and returned to Western Washington. It feels like going home again, and we couldn’t be happier to be back. While on a recent trip to a state park in Port Orchard Craig made the comment that we needed to bring the blog back to life. So, here we are…
There’s a lot going on right now and plenty to write about. Our family has grown with the addition of a new dog.
We bought a new house —a 100-year old craftsman in Tacoma, Washington —and are in the process of creating a new garden space that doesn’t get a ton of sun (eeek).
Also, Craig has invested, heavily, in new camera equipment so our hope is that we will be able to provide better visual content.
This year has been rough on us all and it feels good to return to something that once brought us joy. A project we can collaborate on that can serve as a diary of our life as a family.
Speaking of families, I now have two siblings living near me so expect to see them make appearances in our blog.
OK, that’s all for now. I’m sure this will be my last post for a while and Craig will have to carry the weight of providing content from some of our recents travels.
Stay safe and get vaccinated if you can!
